I bought this forone reason only. It fits the butane gas canister recycling / hole punch tool I purchased. Makes it easier, giving some leverage to punch the holes which make the empty but still presurised canister 'safe' to recycle.

That's not exactly true since I've grown to expect ideal quality from Camping Moon, and they've delivered again.This is a great extension to spread the light out from their tiny candle-like lanterns without being too tall, but if you're using one of those single mantle lanterns, I recommend getting the longer extension to keep the heat away from the canister.
