This is a reasonably priced tool and comes with 300 3/4" hog rings. I use them to attach a grommeted fabric cover to a chain link fence ( similar to that on tennis courts). The pliers held the ring securely so I could push it through the grommet and the fence, then secure it. I was using zip ties, but they weather and break. This is a much better option. The fabric will go long before these hog rings wear out. Worth the money.
