These pipe slices appear to work reasonably well. In the pack you get 15mm (1/4 inch) and a 22mm (1/2 inch) as well as a spare blade/ cutting wheel. These aren't the best quality out there but they do the job.I worked as a plumber for a few years after school. The biggest issue most people may find is their grid strength on the piper. Particularly the 15mm as the pipe is harder to grip. In terms of cutting it works any other of this type. Clip it on to the pipe, rotate in the direction of the arrow around half a dozen times and pipe should be cut. Try not to push the slicer up or down for the first few rotations as the can lead to the cutting wheel threading on the pipe.These pipe slices are great for removing the machined end of the pipe which is not suitable for all fittings. I personally like to use de bearing tool on the inside to prevent any scale or debris build up. This is overkill but for the perfectionists out there.Defiantly something that's worth keeping in your tool box.

Die beiden Rohrschneider wurden zusammen mit zwei Ersatzschneidrädern in einer teiltransparenten Blisterverpackung geliefert..Die beiden unterschiedlich großen Rohrschneider sind für Cu-Rohre mit einem Durchmesser von 15 und 22 mm geeignet. Sie besitzen ein aus Zinkguß bestehendes Gehäuse, in dem das Schneidrad und die beiden Gegenrollen gelagert sind. Die Rohrgröße und die Arbeitsdrehrichtung sind auf dem Gehäuse gußtechnisch und somit unlöschbar aufgebracht..Durch einen Spalt im Gehäuse läßt sich der Rohrschneider auf das zu trennende Rohr aufsetzen - durch mehrmaliges Drehen des Werkzeugs drückt sich das Schneidrad automatisch ins Rohr und trennt es. Hierbei ist für mich das zylindrische Gehäuse von besonderem Vorteil, da ich auch Rohre in eingebautem Zustand, also in Wandnähe, abschneiden kann, was bei Reparaturen eine große Hilfe ist. Durch eine grobe Riffelung am Außendurchmesser des Gehäuses läßt sich das benötigte Drehmoment gut von Hand auf das Werkzeug übertragen..Insgesamt gesehen sind diese Rohrschneider ordentlich verarbeitet und erfüllen ihre Aufgabe bestens - ich als DIY-Werker denke, daß sie auch für den Profi sehr nützlich sind - ich jedenfalls bin mit diesen beiden praktischen Werkzeugen sehr zufrieden.

Just love this handy cutter (twin pack), for 15mm and 22mm Pipe Slices, and just incredibly easy to use too, (Especially in confined areas). Have you ever tried cutting (eg) a copper pipe with a hacksaw, not only does it take ages, but the results end up being so rough, whereas this easy to use Pipe Tube Cutter gives accurate clean results, and it is made using Zinc alloy with spare cutting replacements too (Now that's a Bonus!)It was so easy to use too, as it automatically tightens as turning by one hand and also automatically adjusts to the size of the copper pipe.I have included 5 images of the Auto Cut Tube Cutter Set from "CANOPUS" in and out the packing, and also in use.
