I have been very impressed with this Canterbury shirt, the fit is sport on, its very durable and also very comfy to wear.I have used it in training a few times over the last two weeks and I have been really impressed with how lightweight it is to wear and how quick drying it is when you sweat / get it wet by dousing water on yourself mid session. The result is a shirt that does not feel any heavier to wear and does not uncomfortable to wear in rainy sessions - something that I think will be essential come the winter. The shirt is well stitched, with no loose threads on the seams, and its has held up well to some very serious pulling and tugging from some very big forwards with no micro tears or holes developing. The shirt has the current Canterbury style collar meaning the "elasticy" material in a cross cross effect is both comfortable to wear, but not too loose to allow opponents to grab it while in a tackle / ruck.In terms of sizing, this top is spot on for the size stated. It allows some looseness on the body (so its not skin tight) and is loose enough around the arms and shoulders to allow shoulder pads to be worn with ease. This is in stark contrast to some other Canterbury products recently (Ospreys / Lions pro spec shirts / training t shirts) in which I have had to buy a size up to get the correct fit on the top half of the body, so I was pleasantly surprised. The shirt is a standard Canterbury shirt, with no club branding on the right chest, which does allow for customisation if desired (I'm thinking an embroided ospreys crest would look great on it ;-) ), and the colour scheme is very stylish and modern with the black and white hoops going well with a vast range of shorts and socks. It looks as good as it performs.Overall I am very impressed with the shirt - in terms of performance, quality, style and fit and I would 100% recommend it!

This Canterbury Vapordi Evader hooped rugby shirt is supplied wrapped in tissue paper (classy) inside a large plastic bag (pics 1-2). It is constructed of a jersey material that is 100% polyester. I chose the large size and it fits snuggly and looks good. It is a good length for even a long bodied person like me (hurrah) and the logo and patterning is very attractive (pic 3). If I was buying again I would probably plump for an XL but I like a looser fit and I do need to loose a few pounds (pic 4). Having said that the fit is fine. It works best without any underlayer, like a tee shirt because the latter can wrinkle and show though. Next to the skin it feels and looks great. This is a good summer garment. I like the short sleeves. I am otherwise for ever rolling up or pushing up longer ones. It would be just as at home on the sports field as with a pair of jeans to watch the footie or go to the pub. I have not washed it yet but it should come through fine. I have other items from this company and they have been fine. So very little not to like.It is good value for the quality you get and you are buying into the reflected glory of that logo and the teams that proudly wear it. A lovely shirt and a very solid buy.

Really good quality of fabric and construction in this Canterbury Vapodri Evader Rugby Jersey and it's impressive as soon as you unpack it, with real substance although it's not a heavy garment. The fabric is thicker than most sportswear but has a kind of micro-perforated texture in some areas, allowing it to breathe, and it wears ands washes very well. It's a very comfortable top but the construction is unusual compared to conventional sports tops, with some seams moved to places you don't expect to find or feel them. That means it feels different when you first put it on but you soon realise the reasoning because it sits better without riding up and the dropped back seam keeps your lower back covered - even in scrum position. It's quite fitted, so not over-generously sized, and if you're heavy-set (diplomatic huh?) consider going up a size. The only place I find the fit is a minor problem is the armholes and they're smaller than I'd expect compared to the rest of the shirt. Given the amount of work making it, there are a lot of individual pieces and they're not all conventional shapes, the price seems very reasonable and the overall quality is excellent. It looks good, feels pretty good and seems like it's tough enough to last for many matches - or years of casual wear.

I have never been dissapointed by the Canterbury range, you know the quality is going to be good and good value for money. This top looks great in all colours, i opted for the black and white and I ahve worn it multiple times on the field and when out and about t really does look fantatsic on very slimming as well. The top itself is great for sweat/moisture wickening so your not feeling damp or uncomfortable wearing this it still amintains it's lightweight comfortable feel against the skin.Washes very well, doesn't loose its shape, most importantly doesn't need ironing (always a huge bonus for me) dries very quickly, I've even worn it straight from the washing machine when in a rush and it didn't feel damp I just smelt like a bouquet of flowers (washing powder) as teh top dried on me.Would highly recomend this top for not only any rugby fan/player but as a day to day sports/ casual top it really is nice enough to wear down the pub on a informal casual night out.

This looks great!Well made and stitchedProper styled modern rugby shirt with, in theory, a material which should wick away sweat and sports styling. It is however quite tight fitting - so any paunch will protrude - it's also very fitted around the shoulder and quite long - so won't suit short and broad people.Overall only for the athletic and tall!
