TL;DR Don't buy this!Both cylinders arrived damaged on the bottom area, weird but nothing alarming at that moment.Then when the first one was open and started using it I was disgusted by the super sweet, non-chocolate flavour.Its only flavour is sweet as in adding only sugar or sweetener to the milk. No chocolate to be found.The quality is totally a different level when compared to the caotina powders I purchased before!Then, I remembered the damaged bottoms on both cylinders. I guess the items got damaged and humidity got in? Or worse... is this some kind of counterfeit?

This is so delicious and creamy. I can honestly recommend this over most hot chocolate brands.

Con Purtroppo la Fuoriuscita di Parte del Contenuto di CAOTINA 🍫 🤔🤔 Sono Veramente DELUSO !!! Della Spedizione di "AMAZON PRIME " Queste cose Non Dovrebbero ACCADERE !?! I was introduced to this brand by a friend of mine from Switzerland and totally love it. I have been purchasing it for a few years now and love the quality of it. I just add milk to mine and no extra sugar is needed
