Lean over the sink, fill the silicone nipple corrector in quite hot water (not too much so you burn your tender parts) and then lower your nipple into the mould and then squeeze with two fingers. Result should be better than expected. Wait twenty seconds, remove and dry both mould and nipple. Lick surround for good seal, lean over and apply again. For goodness sake don't leave body parts damp - so unhealthy. Very nice. Can't feel a thing with them on. Just apply some lotion, cream or vaseline and you're good to go. Initially, for a few seconds, you feel a pinch as the air is sucked in. Then, it goes. Since my nipples are very sensitive, I'm used to pinching them and playing with them, squeezing and rubbing them. Therefore, that first jolt was nothing but pleasure. Can wear them all day without even noticing them. When removed, the nipples are rounder, bigger and stick out a lot. Love it. As a male, I had inverted, pushed-in nipples. Within three hours of wearing these, my nipples popped out and stayed so for a few hours. Then, I slept with them on and wore them the whole day after that night. Incredible results.
