Love it. I tried a lots of them in the UK but no one is like the Spanish taste.

I am Spanish and seem to get through industrial amounts of paprika, maybe it’s a Spanish thing.Spanish paprika comes in different varieties: spicy (picante), which I don’t like, sweet (dulce), and sweet with smokey flavour (De la Vera) which I don’t like. Unfortunately the fancy brands sold in the UK are all of the smoked variety, namely the ‘De la Vera’ origin, which is more expensive. If like me you prefer the standard cheaper stuff, make sure you don’t order a paprika with ‘De la Vera’ origin on the label.The Carmencita brand is lovely and just what I wanted, expiry date is about two years ahead, and it has the flavour that I like. Very happy.
