Before I would just take a glass and a piece of paper to trap and release bugs. This just makes the entire exercise a lot more fun. And I’m no kid, but the sense of wonder I get seeing bugs up close sure makes me feel like one again.

We had bought one of these like 10 years ago and oh boy you would not believe the amount of times this has come in handy. From picking up bees to butterflies to spiders... One of the best 20 bucks my family has ever spent. It only broke this year and its because someone stepped on it.Highly recommend it 100000/10

Heb er altijd één in huis. Soms wel een uitdaging om ze te pakken te krijgen..

Geen gedoe meer met een glas of een schoen. Zo vang je makkelijk een insect en zet je hem zo weer buiten. Ook leuk en interessant voor kinderen om het eens van dichtbij te bekijken met het vergrootglas.

Een mooi apparaatje voor als je insecten niet wilt doden maar wel weer wilt terug brengen naar de natuur. Je kan ze vangen zonder ze pijn te doen, ze bekijken onder de loep, en weer vrijlaten buiten je huis. Jij blij, insect blij!

耐久性はあるほうだと思います。しかし、値段が高い気がしますがまぁ子供の為ならと………昆虫や石を観察するのに使用しています。虫眼鏡だと動いたり焦点を合わせるのが難しいですが、この商品を使用すれば簡単に捕獲し拡大して観察出来るので子供が楽しそうです。倍率はそこまでではないですが細かく観察出来るので満足しております。

When it rains, wolf spiders get inside to avoid getting wet.I don’t believe in harming bugs just for trying to avoid getting drowned by rain, so I was catching them with paper towels and then taking them to the covered porch.Having my fiancé get me out of bed for a spider and then trying to play a balance game with the spider and paper towel wasn’t ideal and a bit time consuming.This led me to looking for a “bug catcher” on Amazon and to finding this product.I was a little skeptical over whether I could close the bottom without injuring the legs of a spider, but if you do it slowly, the spider will usually either adjust its legs to be on the bottom or will completely walk up the side of the inside of it. So, if catching without injury is a goal, you’ll have to do it just a bit carefully. Even still, it’s a very easy product to use and much faster than any other way you could do it. I’m not afraid of the critters and would just grab it with my hands, but spiders don’t appreciate how skin feels. Lol. But I can say that my fiance is terrified of spiders and he does well with the proximity you have to stand in order to catch them with this product.The fact that we can both use it with no issue and me not be the only one taking spiders outside… I love that too.Overall, this is an amazing product and I would recommend it and purchase again.
