Great case, had to "modify" where the chalk is located as it was too small, but still happy with purchase.

Note to seller - this was not the sellers fault, but Amazon sent me a completely wrong item first time I tried to order this cue case. I received "fuse beads". I don't even know what they are. But I returned them using the Amazon returns process. Then Amazon tried to charge me for not returning the cue case! Pretty hard to do that seeing as I never received it. Although it was very difficult to get through to speak to a person at Amazon they sorted the problem straight away. Apparently their systems cant cope when a wrong item is sent out!I received my refund very quickly and re-ordered the cue case. When i eventually received the cue case, I found that it's exactly as pictured. It's a well made, smart, and unobtrusive item. I'd have preferred if the foam holder bit inside was stuck down, rather than being loose, but I can and will sort that myself easily enough using glue. I'm happy with the purchase.I ordered this item because it seems to be very difficult to find half split cue cases, and this was the nicest one available. All the others were those cheaper soft zip up cases, that don't last long.

Only thing I wish it was a 2x2.Very easy to get around town with. So long as you use house chalk and have no assortment of tip tools.

Chalk hole doesn’t fit any chalk as it’s too small. The length is quite tight, so if you have a longer type joint e.g. radial, your butt may not go in with the protector. Shaft slot is snug, won’t fit a joint protector at all. Other than that, it’s mostly fine. They should extend by a cm more and cut a bigger hole for the chalk.
