Saw this tray in someone else’s Amazon review for the water fountain (which I’ve had for several years) and thought what a practical way to anchor a food dish. The fountain has never leaked but the cat likes to bat his food around for his own personal amusement and my perpetual annoyance. Securing the bowl won't stop the playing with his food, but at least his bowl, and stray food, will be contained to a reasonable area. I once read that a cat’s food and water should be separated but he doesn’t seem to mind this new arrangement. The tray has a solid feel, cleans easily and has no discernible smell. The stainless steel bowl was included and has nice low sides to protect his whiskers.

Perfect addition to go with my Catit water fountain.
