Las semillas germinaron muy rápidamente. El kit viene con buena cantidad, de momento he usado solo la mitad. el soporte es de buena calidad. Muy contenta con el producto (mi gata lo está aún más).

I have 2 house cats and they both loved these as soon as they saw them. As it's quite low they can mush their little faces into the grass and have a lovely snack too :) it's so cute to watchThe seeds that come with them are very slow to start growing, however you can use any cat grass seeds you want. The containers do reduce the amount of mess by limiting the amount of grass that gets pulled out.I think these are an absolute bargain - well worth it :)

I'm still trying this out...the first batch of grass, the one rescue cat I had didn't touch it. Now I have two, so I'm starting another batch. Having grown many batches of wheat grass in the past for juicing, I can tell you that these seeds they give you with it are wheatgrass. And therefore, their instructions stink. Here is how you grow wheatgrass--rinse them in a strainer and then soak (preferably in clean, filtered water) for 48 hours. Rinse again and put on top of whatever you are using to grow them...you can use their medium or just potting soil. I like to keep a paper towel across the top and keep that one damp--so cover with something else so it doesn't dry out too fast, or keep re-wetting the paper towel several times a day. The idea is the seeds need to stay damp until they germinate. Then when they sprout, you can remove anything on top and water the whole thing quite well. (If it doesn't drain out the bottom, then be careful...wheatgrass can easily mold, which is toxic, so one drawback of their tray if you want to use soil is the lack of drainage. Their "medium" for growing has gel stuff that expands and holds water--that's why you don't have to water it very often. I think I may add drainage holes to their tray and just use soil and my own wheatgrass seeds. I do think the screen on top will be nice, as my usual wheatgrass trays have the drawback of pulling the grass blade at the root and making more of a mess. I'll update when I get a batch in this thing that a cat eats.UPDATE: Ok I really like the tray but NOT their seed kits. So this is what I do that works really well. I took the inner / growing tray and drilled small holes about 6-8 of them for drainage. Then I fill it with organic potting soil from the hardware store.I have a mason / canning jar with a sprouting (mesh type) lid (lid you can get at a Whole Foods type place) and I soak about a teaspoon of wheatgrass seeds in there for about 12 hours. Then drain. Rinse and drain every 8-12 hours (2-3 times a day) for 2-3 days until you start to see little shoots coming out of the seeds. Then it's time to spread them gently on the soil--spread fairly evenly, but be gentle not to rip their little roots coming out--and then put the tray's mesh top on.Gently (preferably with a sprayer hose if your sink has one) spray down the seeds and soil together so the soil gets soaked and let it drain. I keep it on the drainboard in the kitchen, cover with a paper towel (over the mesh lid) and soak it with water. I put the bigger base upside down over the top just to help keep the paper towel damp longer. Do that for 1-2 days and the seedlings will be sprouting up above the mesh of the tray.At that point, put them in your cat's area and let them enjoy! Just be sure to water well / drain at least daily for the first few days and then every other day after that until the grass is spent (about 2 weeks or so).Note that wheatgrass doesn't like direct strong sunlight, so bright indirect light is best. With this method, the tray is great...no mess where kitties eat grass at all! And super cheap compared to their kits--I had one of their kits that was so gross, the grass never grew in properly and the whole tray got nasty and smelly and wouldn't clean up so I had to pitch it. I'll get another 2nd one eventually and just toss their crap and use the tray as described above.
