Owned two so far and never had any issue with them, i would recommend them to anyone. The handles are thick and sturdy so i find it hard that people in some comments say theirs bend, probably bad use.

MISKOOP van de maand!Mijn Maine Coons passen er prima in, maar hun urine loopt aan de achterkant, tussen het draaiende deel en de kap, zo richting de lade.Helaas sluit de lade niet aan op de achterkant, waardoor de urine onder de lade door loopt en zo op de grond, onder de bak terecht komt.Ik zag opeens een klein beetje urine in het hoekje voor de lade liggen.Toen ik de bak opzij schoof bleek dat hij in de urine stond te dobberen.Niet best voor mijn laminaat, want dat is meteen helemaal opgeweld 😢Dus als je grote op staand plassende katten hebt, niet kopen.

Received the litterbox today. Montage really didn’t require too much thought, except that certain parts are broken or do not fit properly. Mainly the latch/door; the two grey pins that normally would fit in the two holes on opposite sides on the top to secure the door were broken on arrival. However, as I am too lazy to send it back (and we were in need of this litterbox) I used to small screws to secure the latch in place of where the broken plastic pins were.The other piece that seems to be not working/sitting properly is the dark grey securing mechanism that secures the top to the bottom, at least the one on the side that doesn’t have the lever doesn’t seem to want to stay in place. The one on the side of the lever fits fine and stays in place whereas the other one doesn’t. It was (still is) a pain to secure it again as it requires a lot of pressure to get it locked again for it to eventually unsecure itself. Not sure how to fix it yet.Also the bottom box seems to have bend a little on the back side, noticed that I have to push the lever down (before pulling towards me to clean the litter) a bit harder as the rotating box is ‘stuck’. Maybe it’ll improve upon further use.If these issues weren’t present, the montage would’ve take. Less than 10 minutes, think even less than 5 minutes.- Drawer, bottom and the rotating box were already in place- Add lever- Put the top on and lock it in place (mind the hole for the lever- Put the door on the top- Put the plastic ‘window’ in on the top- Put the filter in the top of the door- Teach cat to do its duties there.Normally I would send this product back and ask for a replacement, however as stated we were in need of this one as our previous litterbox (regular one without levers) is broken.For the manufacturer I would like to recommend careful packaging for the latch/door so the grey pins don’t arrive broken.In addition, recommending a good look at design quality as a simple slide-lock shouldn’t require pressure and should fit easily whilst locking the top to the bottom.I don’t expect any bending of the lever or anything as some reviews clearly indicated to apply little strength and to move the lever slowly. If it does occur despite operating it carefully I will update this review.

The unit was disassembled. Therefore the instructions to assemble was not correct. I have to figure it how it's made. Such a simple device can irritate a person this much. I do not care the idea of the product, i ddo not care the convenience it brings. It was a terrible experience from start. Never buy from this supplier anymore.

Not worthy for the price. Leaks urine, drawer is short. Regret.

De plastic die de trek handel in plaats houd is al helemaal verbogen dus nu trekt hij niet meer. Goed design maar erg slechte kwaliteit.

Ive been searching and spent way to much money on kitty letter trays for my mums cats. She can actually empty this one as its on a table and she cant bend down.Cats took to it straight away. Havnt found the perfects kitty litter for it yet. Needs a real clumping one or you have to scrape the bottom. Got to wash the top once a week. But so much better than anything else ive bought and not eletric so cant break down.

Parto col chiarire che é ingombrante e poco elegante, però utilizzando i dovuti accorgimenti il vaglio per lettura gatti funziona e é anche comodo e veloce.. ci sono degli accorgimenti da adottare però , 1: se utilizzi i sui sacchetti é meglio perché nel vassoio superiore si distaccano le "pepite di gatto" dal fondo praticamente da sole e resta tutto più pulito e nella raccolta sotto idem, volendo quando si cambiano i sacchetti mettendo un pó di nastro nelle pieghe sul fondo del sacchetto si evita che ci resti incastrata la lettiere in mezzo alle pieghe e si tribola e si sporca meno.2: utilizzare lettiere aglomerante io ne sto provando varie e qualcuna va bene e qualcuna no, riempire fino al segno che é al interno del vassoio anche qualcosina di più, con lettiera non aglomerante tanto vale usare una lettiera normale manuale.3: quando si aziona la leva muoverla a piccoli scatti avanti e indietro mentre si procede con il ribaltamento del vassoio, praticamente "setacciando" in modo che la lettiera vada a sparire completamente nel suo vano apposito e le pepite cadranno nel vano sottostante, tirando la leva e basta si fa cadere nel vano sottostante anche parte della lettera. Una volta fatto ruotare in senso opposto fino a fondo corsa e dare 2o 3 colpi a fondo corsa per fare fuoriuscire bene la lettore dal suo vano di raccolta, detto a parole sembra difficile, ma facendolo 1 volta é semplicissimo e super veloce e comodo..4: quando si cambia sacchetto o si lava il vassoio alto, controllare di aver chiuso nella giusta posizione il vano dove sparisce la lettiera buona, se no azionando la leva cadono dei granelli di lettiera anche fuori..Io sto usando questa lettiera vagliante ormai da mesi e mi trovo bene , ho tolto fin da subito la porticina trasparente davanti e francamente mi sono dimenticato di averla, anche perché essendo abbastanza chiuso già così non si sente quasi mai l'odore di bisogni di gatto tranne qualche raro caso in cui mi dimentico per 2 di giorni di tirare la leva o se la lettiera é poca o di scarsa qualità, in generale con lettura di buona qualità riusciamo a fare dalle 2 settimane a un mese prima di sostituirla senza problemi basta ricordarsi di aggiungerla tutte le volte o quasi tutte le volte che si tira la leva ( io aziono la leva una volta al giorno).e usiamo molta meno sabbietta a fine mese.In definitiva siamo contenti, finalmente abbiamo la casa che non odora di bisogni di gatto, in 2 secondi puliamo la lettiera senza dover scavarci in mezzo alla ricerca e non c'è più sabbietta attorno la lettiera. É vero sembra un ingombrante bidone della spazzatura in plasticaccia ma é comodissimo a un prezzo tutto sommato basso contando altri aggeggi automaci e no che chi sono in giro

The unit works fine and very easy to clean

This has helped us contain odour in our apartment. The price is on the high side for plastic-on-plastic parts, I just hope it lasts.Edit: handle broke in 2022. Currently looking for replacement levers online.
