I’ve had these boots about a month now and wear them everyday in work. I’m a chef so the non slip sole and the composite toe is essential. They have protected my feet when water has spilled on them, keeping my feet dry. I gave them a four star rating for comfort as the boots haven’t quite broken in and the top of the boot does dig into my ankles but to walk in and stand in for a shift they are very comfortable. I had Magnum boots before these and these CAT boots are even more comfortable. The Magnums needed insoles. The CATs don’t.These boots aren’t designed for hard out door work eg breaking ground etc. The sole is like a trainer so I don’t think they will provide much grip in muddy conditions. There is even a tag on the boots when you open them stating that they are designed more for indoor work like warehouse work etc.I would highly recommend these boots for anyone who works in kitchens or any indoor industry where a safety shoe is needed.
