After Googling my year and model of my Johnston outboard and looking up how to check power pack, as I had no spark on either cylinder, I completed a resistance check using a DMM. Resistance values were all over the map and very inconsistent. I ordered this power pack. Arrived as described, wiring connectors and wiring length match perfectly. Tight mounting screws through power pack. In fact, I carefully took a heat gun to plastic case to manipulate it allowing it to slide into position past a tight spot. I made my connections to ignition coils and at plug and pulled rope......finally some smoke but not wanting to fire up. I switched the connectors at ignition coils and pulled rope again...... SUCCESS.....on first pull. Works great. Will report back if item fails for some reason. Cheers.
