Heel erg fijn en veel beter dan de standaard roosters . Er kan meer op , het gaat sneller , en ziet er gezellig uit . En het geluid signaal als hij klaar is en uit zichzelf uitschakelt , is niet heel hard , gewoon subtiel , dus het is niet zo dat iedereen wakker wordt ervan .

Worked well until the on and off button broke due to a mall functioning design to the button switch. Sad that a product is designed so cheap to throw in the carbage after one year of use.

une fois que l'on a "apprivoisé" l'appareil ( choix de la température) il est top . Bémol , pour repérer la flèche sur le bouton de température qui permet de régler l'intensité ,il faut regarder de très très prêt ,du coup j'ai mis un coup de marqueur blanc

1) It gets Hot, very hot. 2) There is a safety cut-off with an audible beeper. 3) There are adjustable settings for both heat, and time. Crumpet settings are different than for toast or croissant settings. 4) It takes 'trial and error' for your first few attempts. 5) Don't rush it, as the safety beeper will protect the device from overheating, and you need to press the start button again. 6) Once you get the balance right on the heat dial and the time dial, leave them set like that. 7) You will need a 'round' type European adapter to plug into a UK 3 pin socket (Amazon sells them). I use mine every day and my toaster has become an ornament. The Cecotec is well made, but the packaging is pretty basic (save the planet). Heated surfaces get hot (not for kids or disabled adults). Otherwise, I recommend this product. I will buy it again when this one dies from over-use.
