Great strong quality. Would but again

I bought a set of 6 plastic box and one of them was broken as shown in the picture. I asked for return one and i need to use the rest 5. However, CS told me that I have to return all 6 for refund. Moreover, there was no options for return but mailing back. They asked me to go to the post office !!! It is a 15kg parcel and it is heavy to carry and cost a lot. And then I used courier to return it back. But the CS asked me for PHYSICAL receipt as a proof about the postage cost, otherwise, they just refund the stand one £4.75. It is ridiculous to return a 15 kg good with that price.And I was too naive and believe that is only an exceptional defect. I ordered another set. You know what!? one of it is broken AGAIN!!! you seee the second picture. This time I didn't do the return that I am fed up with.In short, with repeated test, the quality of the product is suck. And the way of return is another nightmare. Don't give it a chance. I am stupid to give it twice.
