Das Dingens wird vielleicht keine 20 Jahre halten, aber bislang verrichtet es seinen Job sehr gut. Meine ca. 1,5Kubikmeter-Kabine wird schnell warm und dampfig.

I had a small issue with a malfunctioning component with this unit, and when contacted by email, they responded immediately and worked with me to resolve this issue. I would absolutely purchase this product again if required and would use this company for other purchases. They certainly do stand behind their products.

Our heating element burned out shorty after a year after installing the steam generator. Could not find a part ANYWHERE online or in any hardware store nor could any hardware store find the specific heating element that matched the one I needed. Even websites that specialize in selling heating elements, there was NOTHING out there. So I decided to email the company via the email address on the sticker that came on the steam generator and was a little skeptical at first about the email address but turned out to be the ticket! They were extremely helpful and even offered help thru some troubleshooting and also could tell they were trying to help me figure out why the heating element would have burned out so soon (likely our heavy mineral problem in our water or a water supply issue that made the element overheat and burn out?). They even sent me a free sensor that regulates the water level in the tank in case this went bad and that was the cause and I didn’t even know ti ask about that, they just sent it with the heating elements that I bought and also gave a discount since I ordered more than one element in case it’s a recurring issue for me (I’m likely the problem or the minerals in the water are the problem and I’m too lazy to flush out the water tank every now and then to flush out the mineral sedimentation thst builds up over time from the water boiling out 🤦🏻‍♂️). Main thing here is the customer service individuals I worked with actually cared not just to get me the product but actually were mindful and took the time to fix it not only for now but to help me prevent it from happening again. Extremely happy with my experience with this company
