Started experimenting with these chalk pens as soon as they arrived. Easy to prime and the flow is consistent. Even on brown card (my first very basic test) the colours are vibrant. Have yet to try on a chalkboard (the main purpose for my purchase) and pebbles. The pens are excellent quality and great value for money. The pens in the separate pack of metallics don't need priming - they're more like a marker pen and work as soon as the cap is removed. I'm really pleased with my purchase and look forward to experimenting further. Highly recommend for all ages and abilities.
