This Chef Pomodoro pizza cutting board and rocker cutter is solidly built, easy to use, and makes a much neater job of slicing pizza than using a knife.The board and rocker cutter both feel solid and strong. The rocker cutter is stainless steel, and the cutting board is a nice solid and attractive wood. The pizza cutting board has two sides on it, one is flat and the other has lines deeply cut into it to help you cut the slices of pizza. I used the flat smooth side, but you can use any side you want, and the side with the grooves should make it easier to cut the pizza.A regular pizza fits easily on top of the round board and the rocker cutter made much cleaner cut of pizza slices then using even a very sharp knife. It takes pressure and rocking back and forth to cut it but it cuts it neatly and well. I did have to rock It back and forth a lot on the edges to slice through the very ends but I also have to do that with a knife. It may be because the dough is different than regular dough, it is gluten-free--or because I used the smooth side instead of the side with the deep grooves. The handle is fairly comfortable and you just have to put some weight into rocking it. I think if I'd used the grooves it would have cut even easier and faster, combined with the pressure on the rocking back and forth.Both the board and the rocker cutter are easy to clean just with a sponge and soap and water. Or you can put the cutter in a dishwasher.This is a great pizza cutting board and rocker cutter that is solid and well built and works well. It is also visually attractive.

I’m always frustrated with the roller type of pizza cutters but I never wanted something like this because it was gonna take up too much room. The form factor on this is absolutely perfect! The way that the top round part is offset lets you put it into a drawer and set things on top of it and it only takes up as much room as the handle. So now we have a perfect pizza cutter that literally takes up hardly any space! Honestly, I didn’t realize it came with the cutting board when I ordered it so that’s just an extra bonus :-)
