I make some sourdough loafs in them and it went great. First I did put some baking paper in it but then I read some reviews about them so I tried without it and the bread didn't stick at all.

I can recommend these baking tins. There are two sizes: 2 lbs and 1 lbs tins. The non-stick coating enables the finished loaves to easily slide out when cooked and this was important to me. I lightly grease the tins prior to use, no need to purchase paper tin liners or use parchment paper to line the tin when baking loaves. I do however line the tins when making cakes such as sticky ginger cake. I have used both sizes of the tins multiple tins with no issues. I use them for baking loaves and for cakes. They are a perfect shape for ginger cake! Please note the dimensions of the tins because the baked loaves are longer and narrower than most traditional sized loaves; thus the slices are smaller. The tins have a good weight to them and do not flex at all. As with all my baking tins, I always hand wash them to preserve their coating. They are easy to hand wash because in my experience, nothing sticks to them. Good value.

Je l'ai utilisé à 175° dans un four à chaleur tournante. malgré qu'il soit très léger son revêtement est excellent et ça démoule très facilement. la cuisson est très bonne aussi. un bon produit fortement conseillé.

Los moldes son muy buenos, aunque no me di cuenta que las medidas que indican son exteriores y al final son más pequeños de lo que pensaba. Como es error mío no lo tengo en cuenta para la valoración del producto, que realmente sí me gusta.
