The original order arrived in a timely manner. I tested to be sure all 4 welting-foot sets fit my machine. 3 of them were fine, but the shaft of the 1/4" outer foot was too thick to fit it on my machine. I contacted CKPSMS and informed them of this problem. They asked for pictures, to better understand the issue, which seems reasonable to me. After looking at the pictures, they said they would send another 1/4" welting foot set. They let me know when they sent it, with tracking information. I waited for 6 weeks, but no package. I contacted them again, and they gave me tracking information which I checked and found that USPS never received the package from the overseas carrier. When I told them that, they said they would send another one, and gave me an operational tracking link. The parcel has arrived, and the welting foot set fits well. Thanks to them for going to considerable lengths to properly and completely fulfill my order. They were very responsive in an e tremely timely manner.
