Claudio monteverdi: vespers chant: Vocal Score

This is a superb recording of a remarkable work, with an excellent team of soloists, supported by an equally excellent choir, skillfully and sensitively directed and conducted with by John Elliot Gardiner. Bought initially as an aid to learning the first tenor line of the first tenor choir for public performance, this recording will remain one which will be listened to over and over again because of its over-all richness.

The pencil marks were a bit more than I expected but it was a used copy so not too bad and good to get the music I wanted for a reasonable price.
