These fit my multimeter which has 2mm probes, they add zero resistance and are easily connected or disconnected from the leads. The hooks are nice enough. I am happy with mine. Photo shows them attached to my meter leads. There is a very small gap in between the lead ends and the probes, but for the very low voltages I use them for its no concern.

There’s situations where these sorts of probe attachments come in handy, especially when working on ceiling electrics such as fans and lights. The test probes fit into the hook attachments and these hang onto the bare live cable.The conductive end is minimal to ensure they’re functional but not exposed enough to easily short whilst working in a confined area.
