Not what i expected. Presure is to soft. Maybe its because of my airpomp, who knows.But its not an upgrade for my Mcgyver type airassist made out of the tip of a pen which provide a higher presure and a clean cut in one pass

 

Great price great quality, one thing to remember is that the focus point changes if you use the whole laser head.But if you still have the rigid k40 laser bed then ONLU use the bottom part it fits perfectly on the top original top laser head.this way the focus point does NOT change will be a 2 min job to install the bottom half which will give you the Air assist to use :-)

ne convient pas pour la lentille d'origine ( sur mon model du moins )impossible de centre la lentille qui et trop petite par rapport à la bague fournie donc a moins de change la lentille vous remettrez le model d'originePour le moment et jusqu'au jour ou je changerai la lentille c'est un achat inutile

Works well on my Monport 40W laser using the original lens. Was easy to install and looks much better than the original. In the next version, I would put a line on the outside indicated the position of the lens.

Er ist nicht ganz günstig, aber erspart sehr viel Nerven. Habe bis jetzt die Air-Assist Düsen aus dem 3d-Drucker gedruckt. Passgenau und ebenso funktionell. Allerdings ist das Plastik gegen den Laser nicht sonderlich robust und auch versehentliches Aufflammen macht schäden. Hab die bestimmt monatlich tauschen dürfenJetzt mit dem Kopf kann ich viel genauer arbeiten und hab weniger Aufwand. Durch einlegen von Papier in die Air-Assist Düse kann ich den Kopf sogar so ausrichten, dass der Laser wirklich mittig rauskommt. Das ging vorher nur schwierig. Das Ergebnis war lange nicht mehr so gut wie aktuell.Sehr empfehlenswert.
