Excellent product. Adds to functionality of my DIY CO2 Laser

When I received it, the combiner was way out of square. After some fighting, I finally got the mirrors aligned. I went to install the LED and the thumb screw was missing. After a couple of emails, I was told the size of the screw and I got one locally. When I tried to install the LED, it was way to small for the mounting hole. They sent me a video of how to install it, but that did not fix the size issue. I went ahead and tried to install it anyway. There was no way to tighten the screw enough to hold the LED. No matter what I did, it wiggled. I finally put a couple of wraps of tape on it and that made it fit better. I sent a note to Cloudray and asked if they could sent me the correct size LED. They said thanks for the suggestion and they MIGHT put two screws in the next version. I had been hearing Cloudray was a good company, but after this, never again.

Halter kam beschädigt an, sämtliches zubehör fehlte, ersatz nicht machbar. Abgesehen davon ist der artikel auch noch von schlechter qualität.Neu bestellung kommt irgendwann im februar an.Das kommt davon, wenn man sich auf amazon prime buisness verlässt.

Happy with the beam combiner, was easy to set up

Totally effective even without the best construction. Laser pointer is very floppy and not very secure in the factory supplied harness. That being said I haven't had to do many readjustments on the laser pointer to keep it accurate. Totally worth having on the laser cutter
