My Meezer boy has succeeded in snagging EVERY pair of jeans I own - not maliciously, he just overly 'grips' when nesting, stretching and otherwise making himself comfy on my lap. I bought this to repair the god awful looking snags - and although fiddly - this little thing works wonders! I've restored my jeans and managed to pull every little snag/loose thread perfectly back through. I've also managed to restore a delicate crepe jacket that he made a mess of when he was a kitten - it looks like new again. Excellent little tool and saved me a fortune in replacing around 8 pairs of jeans! It's comfortable to use, precise as it is so fine and comes with a little cap for protection.Very happy with this and highly recommended.

This product saved me from having some dark threads visible behind white fabric in a quilt. That said, it takes some practice to use it correctly but the good news is that it doesn't leave holes in your quilt top. It does come with a cover over the hook but the cover falls off so easily that it's easy to lose.
