This bearing was unopened/unused until now wing slot cutter set. Having not saved a receipt and not sure what dealer I purchased it from[I have an extensive shop and a few hundred router bits], I offered CMT to mail the unused frozen defective bearing to them for a replacement. CMT's customer service told me they don't handle the warrantee of their product. It must sent to who I purchased it from. Thus the new replacement bearing works fine, but I use one of the other companies that I do business with such as White Head, Eagle or Freud in the future. The cost was insignificant to the time I would of spent going through my 100's of invoices.
