Se trata de una tira de material tipo plastico/goma, muy flexible y moldeable. Sirve para realizar plantillas para muebles(lo que yo la utilizo). Parece ser resistente y es de la prestigiosa marca CMT.Utilización:Dibujas el contorno sobre madera mártir utilizando la dima flexible.Cortas la madera sobrante a unos milímetros de distancia de la línea mediante sierra de cinta o una caladora (sacando la tira flexible).Vuelves a ponerla si la habias quidado anteriormente.Atornillas mediante tornillos de 2,5 aproximadamente.Y finalmente pasas una fresa vertical con rodamiento para que deje el sobrante a ras de la plantilla quedando un resultado perfecto.Pros.Con esta cinta moldeadora te ahorras mucho tiempo lijando y dando forma a la plantilla y sobretodo es la perfección con la que queda la plantilla.Si te he ayudado dame un like. This is a great product albeit a little expensive and comes with no instructions.I used 20mm size 3 countersunk screws and was impressed and how easily the head sunk into the material without damaging or deforming, there has sufficient grip to press a router against it with flush trim bit.A liberal use of clamps allowed me to create some complex curves before screwing down.One word of warning if your not careful and paying attention you can over run the profile and dig a nice big slot in your wood..... use a clamp to mark the stop position trust me :-)Overall this did exactly what I needed it to do and did it well .

Ho usato questo prodotto, per sagomare l'arco di legno sopra il camino, devo ammettere che funziona benissimo, ed è facile da usare. Lo consiglio a chi sà lavorare il legno come hobby.

►What more can I say but only good things about this CMT TMP-1200 Flexible Template for Curved and Arched Routing. I've tried it out and was able to get as small a curve 3-1/2" both inside and outside. It does need some holding down the work piece using a clamp to the workbench so you can get a very small curve by bending the template to the desired curve and screwing down using each holes provided on the template.►Take Note of This:◄ One thing I've noticed and if not done will cause the work to tarnish. Make sure all holes are screwed in where the curves are made because if you miss out any it will cause the router bit to push itself farther in past your marked lines thereby tarnishing the work. It's not the fault of the template but the person's own fault, in this case my own fault.►Here are some specs on this template; Full length is actually 50-5/8" x width 15/32" x width 15/32".►The holes are placed exactly 1-3/4" O.C.►On both ends the holes start exactly 1/4" from the end.►The recommended screws to use are #4 X 3/4"►When the package arrived at my home the template was wrapped in a circular like manner. When I released it, it stood out almost straight and not as some of the reviewers said, "it was all twisted." Probably since that review was given they decided to repackage it differently. I just love it and it has made my work easier for me. I will and do recommend this curving template for the serious and novice woodworker or any similar craft of work.
