Bought these because of the price and i wanted to give them a try.Cleaned the gliders and lubed them, unfortunately they where bindning.So I contacted the seller and explained the situation, they where very understanding and sent new gliders.The new gliders glided like butter!Will definitely order more.

Correspond à mes attentes, parfait

Había pedido dos railes para mi impresora 3D. Uno funciona perfectamente, ni muy holgado ni muy justo. El otro el carro iba demasiado justo y costaba mucho esfuerzo moverlo. Contacte con el vendedor y en un par de días me envió uno de repuesto que si que se movía como debía, y no tuve que devolver el otro.La devolución era a coste del comprador y la dirección de envío era a China (el paquete que me llegó tenía dirección de Alemania). Cosa absurda porque el coste de la devolución hubiera sido mayor que el del producto, con lo que no lo hubiera devuelto y me lo hubiera tenido que quedar a pesar que no funcionaba bien.Le doy 5 estrellas por la atención al cliente y responder rápido al problema.
