  • M16 4-polige stekker: deze set LP16 4-polige stekkers bevat zowel mannelijke als vrouwelijke stekkers. Het plug-and-play ontwerp vereenvoudigt systeemintegratie en vereenvoudigt probleemoplossing en zorgt voor een zorgeloze ervaring en behoud van een veilige verbinding. Beschermingsniveau: lP68 (montage); montagemethode: lassen.
  • 5-polige waterdichte stekker. Specificaties: ondersteunt 0,5-0,75 mm²/20-18 AWG kabel ≤ Ø 7 mm in diameter. Hij kan 5 A stroom, 250 V spanning en 1500 V spanning weerstaan. De contactweerstand is kleiner dan 5,0 mΩ en de isolatieweerstand bedraagt 500 mΩ. De connector kan meer dan 500 keer worden gebruikt in een temperatuurbereik van -25 °C tot 85 °C. Contactdiameter x aantal contacten: Φ1.0x5. Opmerking: vermijd opladen wanneer deze is aangesloten.

This cable to cable male and female pair arrived from CNLINKO packed into the familiar branded bubble lined mailing pouch, with the two halves separated and placed into their own grip-seal plastic pouches. Everything was loosely screwed together on arrival so it was easy enough to disassemble and inspect how well it was made and figure out how everything goes together. The quality is on par with any other CNLINKO branded connector I've used in the past, though I typically import them directly. After inspecting everything with it stripped down as far as I could, I put it all back together to check for any spots lacking seals or with rough threads etc. I'm pleased to say everything on this is as smooth as can be, which is exactly my expectation with this brand.I’ve used quite a few of these for terminating a variety of data and power cables used in a range of projects, internal and external. Most notably I use them in my 3D printer builds that utilise CANBUS, and as mentioned earlier I've always been pleased with the fit and finish. They’re notably nicer than generic no-name alternatives while being nowhere near as expensive as the industry standard name-brand versions. They’re very much a standard aviation GX style connector that has been dialled up to 11 in several ways to make it more durable and protected from water and debris ingress. If you’ve used a standard GX12, GX16 or larger, then you’ll be familiar enough to use these and all it really takes is a bit of soldering and some heat shrink to get the wires connected up.The only other thing to look out for is to make sure all the various parts are screwed together tightly enough to make sure you’re maintaining the IP68 rating and not inadvertently letting the elements into a loose seal that wasn’t done tightly enough. Speaking of sealing, all the connecting surfaces that come together have o-rings and gaskets so with this properly set up It’ll work great for anything within reason.Just keep in mind that even if the connectors can take IP68, you’ll want a similarly specified outdoor ready cable that is intended for use in the elements, something like arctic grade wire isn’t too expensive and is easily flexible and durable enough to be useful for all sorts of things outdoors, for both static and movement based applications.I haven’t tested this underwater or with voltages or amperages near the claimed limits but as a general purpose connector that I don’t have to worry about in the UK weather it’s ideal. I wouldn’t be surprised if it could handle the quoted 10A at 400v and the peak/withstand voltage of 2000v, but I've never had a use for these over standard UK mains voltages, so I can’t comment on that personally. However, with the working voltage rated at 400v you’ve got a fair bit of safety margin even while using these for 230v, which is always handy. I appreciate that they’ve posted the full sheet of specifications for the connectors in the listing so that people can make an informed decision about what the connectors they’re buying are made to handle, too many don’t do this.The current price of £13.59 for a 4pin pair is a bit more expensive than the prices I'd typically pay (about £9 for this specific pair), but the markup isn’t massive compared to buying them directly. It’s easy enough to justify the extra cost If you need something of good quality on short notice, so I'm happy to recommend these.

Points positifs• J’aime la qualité de fabrication, les connecteurs sont solides et bien finis• Le verrouillage et la protection contre l’eau me paraissent fiables, avec des joints et des matériaux résistants• Les broches plaquées or s’assemblent parfaitement, ce qui me rassure sur la stabilité des connexions• Le montage est relativement simple, à condition de bien préparer les fils et de les souder proprement• Le format « aviation connector » me convient pour réaliser des projets où j’ai besoin d’une liaison étanche, que ce soit pour l’alimentation ou pour des signauxPoints négatifs• Les instructions d’assemblage ne sont pas toujours très détaillées, il faut parfois y aller par tâtonnements

Articoli realizzati con buoni polimeri, ergonomici, a serraggio metallico, non sono certificati con marchiatura CE per il mercato europeo ma possiedono tutti i requisiti e le certificazioni per essere utilizzati in più ambiti, buona affidabilità. Possiedono 9 conduttori con pin AWG18, ossia da 0.8 mmq. circa, possono reggere 2-3 Ampere senza problemi: stiamo parlando di una possibilità di alimentare sotto la pioggia scrosciante un carico da 700 Watt-230 Volt A.C. sfruttando appena due poli. Non è poco, tutt'altro: il connettore maschio è fornito di aggancio di blocco di sicurezza anti-strappo, sganciabile tramite pressione a mano.---Essendo obbligati a saldare cavi a stagno, è bene provvedere ad inserire dei tubicini di guaina termo-restringente per isolare al meglio le alte tensioni; pur essendo dotati di guarnizioni a prova d'acqua c'è sempre il rarissimo rischio che una saldatura possa cedere e i due poli possano toccarsi col tempo, meglio proteggere l'interno. Ottimo il sistema di isolamento da acqua e umidità,basato su doppia protezione in plastica e con guarnizioni.---I due componenti sono leggermente in sovrapprezzo e sono ben visibili tutti i parametri industriali: è certamente bene non oltrepassare i 5 Ampere di corrente e qualcosa in meno sotto i 250 Volt dichiarati, a meno che non si vada a usare alte tensioni per piccoli carichi, ad esempio l'anodica delle valvole termoioniche, tubi al neon, alimentatori laser o dispositivi similari. Per usi generici vanno più che bene, sia che dobbiate realizzare schede e circuitazioni particolari che magari stazionano a lungo sotto al sole o all'aperto sia per progetti diy negli interni di case, fabbricati o per automotive. Consigliati senz'altro.
