These are really cute - I wish I could find more cute ones that have all the colors like the boring one in this set; but these are exactly what they show in the listing and are mostly “highlighters” as opposed to full-color “markers”. I snagged one for my own use, but the main thing I wanted these for was to give my 5yo something fun to encourage writing and drawing. It worked for that - however, the most frustrating thing was when he couldn’t out the caps back on without splitting the marker tip. An adult can certainly do it - but you do have to be intentional about putting them straight and centered because of the way the inside of the caps are designed. Again, not that they claimed to be anything different - just something to be aware of if you’re getting these for (especially younger) kids.

Wasn't sure what to expect but was delighted with the 7 sets of stackable highlighters for grandchildrenBigger and better than shown in photo length between 7 to 8.25 inches very vibrant pastel shadesIce cream/flower/love heart/paws/octopus and tower highlighters - ice cream & octopus ones are chunky and the favourites I think despite 2 single markers(not all the stack) being dried out a bit, one that is its nib is not far enough out to write with and that in order for them not to dry out you have to put a wee bit of force to push caps back on firmly (and to get off) I would still recommend and give 5*I would love to get them in darker shades too
