Happy with this purchase. If you are hesitant about it being useful, the cast iron kettle holds heat for a long time making it hard to put on many surfaces. This stand prevents that issue, you can put it anywhere and it doesn't conduct the heat down.

J'ai acheté ce socle pour aller avec ma théière Lachineuse grise et rouge en fonte, avec des poissons. Cela fait un très joli ensemble et je suis ravie.
