I am using this for dinghy sailing and it is lightweight and has a really good range. The sound is clear and the battery lasts long.My only neat pick is that the band lace is attached to the detachable clip, which I don't leave on as it is not that securely attached.

I am a dinghy racer and kayaker. I was devastated when all my gear was stolen form my car a few months ago. Having to replace everything meant I had to really look for bargains. Not only was this a great bargain but the same model as the original. I now have two chargers (one for my original radio is with my sailing partner) and one unit which works REALLY well as I can charge in two locations.
