I have been a huge fan of the original Codenames game but haven't played it that much as it is much more enjoyable with 4+ players. After having had the duet version on my wish list for quite some time, I finally bought it and it has not disappointed!Codenames Duet is a fun and challenging strategic game. The main difference between the duet and the regular Codenames is that the duet version is collaborative and there are three assassins rather than one. The aim of the game is for you and your teammate to guess all of each other's secret words (agents) out of 25 words before you run out of turns. This is done by one player saying only one word followed by a number of how many "agents" are linked to that word ("green - 4") for the opponent to try to guess. You have to be careful, however, as there are three assassin words on the board that will lead to a sudden death if chosen.The game itself is easy to learn but depending on the random 25 words you play with, the game can be super challenging - imagine, for instance, one of your secret words being "Batman" and your assassin being "Superman". You really need to take your time each go not only thinking of what words you think would make sense, but also how your teammate will perceive it - because of this, your tactics might have to change a lot depending on who you play with. With a couple of glasses of wine it becomes even more fun!This game has turned in to a household staple at ours, if you enjoy word games and tactical games I cannot recommend it more highly!

Codenames c'est un jeu normalement pour plusieurs jouers, celui ci c'est pour 2 jouers (ou plus) et en anglais. J'utilise pour mes cours d'anglais et je trouve c'est très très bien pour le vocabulaire. Je recommande.

Fun game to play with my partner. Good for pairs and want to play a game but don’t have a group of people around. Quite challenging too (in a good way)

Finally found a great two person game! I love that it is a cooperative game which is nice for a change of pace....probably saving our marriage....lol! This game makes you think outside of the box to come up with good clues that fit your cards, but not fit the kill cards. My only con (ish) is that they give you way too many "key cards" that are so not needed....could play with 20 or 30 at the most and then give us more word cards instead as that is what you go through the most. We actually pulled out our regular Codenames and added those cards to this version. Also bought a game called Clue-nect that has picture cards and we use those for a variety. Very fun game!

Oyun 10 dakika önce kapıdan elime ulaştı jelatini de kargoda herhangi bir zarar görmemiş fakat kutuyu olduğu gibi yollamışlar herhangi bir paket içine ambalajlama yapmamışlarn ambalaj ne de bir kutunun içinde değildi. Kargoda zarar görmemesine şaşırdım. Çok zevkli sevgilinizle oynaya bileceğiniz iki kişinin oyunda yeterli olduğu bir oyun olduğu için sipariş verdim ama daha fazla arkadaşınızla da oynayabiliyorsunu🙏🏻
