Great flavor! I originally tried Coleman's was to try and recreate the cold lamb sandwich with cilantro and Coleman's mustard mentioned by Anthony Hopkins in the movie Meet Joe Black (1998 film). After recreating that sandwich I really like this mustard because it's spicy. Just between Golden's Spicy Brown Mustard and "Chinese Mustard". Perfect for Bratwurst and Hot Dogs!

It's not easy to find good mustard, and this one is great. There are many brands, but only a few have the right degree of tartness, pungency, and consistency.

Would I buy it if I did not like it?
