I went on a trip to Ireland and ScotlandI was planning on lot of walking ,lots of rain and alot of wind Walking on cobble stones and crossing gullies. Walking in castles and ruins, Temp range 50-60 degrees for mid August. I search for a good shoe that was comfortable to walk in. Water proof and not slip on wet surfaces. After much research and carefully looking at reviews. This is the one. I was in Scotland and Ireland three weeks and every day I had excursions . walking up hills and going up 1100 AD age stairways. These shoes are worth their weight in gold !!! My feet never hurt
