Size is pretty accurate.

All Columbia shoes have that comfortable footbed that molds to your feet unbelievably . I have had three surgeries and really help me immensely . As far as hiking, I don’t think these are thick enough . Walking is great though . The straps are a problem because there too long which leaves very little to secure them properly and they stick out catching your pants so be aware of that . I’ll have to get extra Velcro to hold them down properly . I just hope that it sticks ok since I don’t want to give up shoes . Finding anything that doesn’t cause me pain is difficult . I have three pairs of Columbia in different styles and that fantastic footbed is hard to give up . Got the beige blue colour which is really nice . Might get the purple too . Also to mention the treads are really great too .

This is a really nice sport sandal and one that I've been searching for. Most sport sandals have rubber insoles which make my feet sweat and make the sandal slippery. These have a microfiber type lining that eliminates that problem. They are cushioned, yet supportive, have a great sole that appears to have excellent traction, and are a very good value when compared to other high-end brands.I wear a 7.5 in street shoes, an 8.5 in athletic shoes, and a 38 in most European sized shoes with the exception of Naot, in which I wear a 39. As true 1/2 size, I wasn't sure whether to order up or down since these only come in whole sizes. In the "Questions" section of this product on the Columbia website, a Columbia representative advised on two inquiries that they recommend sizing down, yet some reviewers here sized up and had a good fit. I ordered both the 7 and the 8. The 7 was entirely too short. The 8 fit perfectly. SIZE UP IF YOU ARE A 1/2 SIZE!!!I have a low volume foot (not narrow, but thin from top to sole). The toe strap adjusted perfectly, but the ankle strap was too long at the ankle after adjusting to my foot, and could not be securely fastened. I ended up returning both sizes.This is a great shoe for the right foot, and I highly recommend trying it. I think it would work for most!

These Columbias come surprisingly close to my Tevas - which were much pricier. The dual Velcro straps let me fine-tune the fit, the midsole feels springy on long hikes, and the tread sticks to rock, dirt, and wet pavement. They dry quickly and stay odor-free, though the footbed isn’t quite as plush as my Tevas. Still, for the price and durability, they’re an excellent near-equal.

I needed something sturdier than flip flops, but I'm not much of a sneaker person. I ordered these not sure what to expect and have been pleasantly surprised. The straps are strong, they're not going anywhere once they're in place. They are very comfortable and very easy to walk in. The straps are super adjustable so they fit perfectly. Very happy with this product.
