In these appartments we have a comelit network based on a 4888 central unit to communicate with someone outside and open the central entrance. My old 5701 was broken. A new one costs around 500 euro. This 6701 is almost a drop in replacement, just had to code the appartment number and it works perfect. In the Netherlands these 6701's are sold for about 300 euro...so now it just cost me 1/3 of that. Excellent fast shipping, btw.

Compré esto porque un vecino me lo recomendó. Lo cogí para reemplazar un telfonillo viejo que casi no funcionaba (no tenía pantalla para usar la cámara de abajo y no se escuchaba nada) y la instalación fue fácil. Yo no entendía nada de los switches y no sabía hacerlo pero llamé al soporte técnico de la empresa y el chico me guió a través del proceso con paciencia y al final lo conseguimos. Funciona perfectamente y gracias a su tamaño compacto, queda muy bien en nuestra entrada y ya no le doy con la mochila cuando llego. Muy buen producto

Purchased to replace an old 2005 B&W CRT model that had no display. Simple installation, just set the dip switch to my apartment number and plug in the 2 simplebus wires. Works a treat.Can't comment on video quality because mine is crap due to the 15 year old B&W camera at the far end.Very loud ringer.Not as robust feeling as the old one but modern tech never is.
