I design systems like this, and let me tell you - this product is a complete mashup.It looks like Comelit took their existing video monitor and bolted on a WiFi module in a low-investment side-project-y way.The video off the microprocessor even reaches the screen over analog video, like a 1980's video game console (!).All of this wouldn't be so bad for you as an end user, but1. The product is powered by the intercom system. This means that in the 20 or so seconds that the system powers the bus, the product has to wake up, connect to wifi, connect to the cloud, send a push message to your phone, you have to pick up, talk to the visitor, AND unlock the front door/gate. Then the visitor still has to open the door. If any of these steps fail, the visitor will have to ring again. 9/10 times this will fail, especially if you're not on the same wifi.2. The comelit cloud seems to have stability issues. Even if the wifi is working well, half of the time the product won't be able to connect at all.3. The UI of the product itself is really cluncky. The touch-buttons don't respond, and even if they do, you'll need to navigate with arrow keys.We bought it as a replacement for our broken 'normal' screen. For that it works well. I consider the 'connected'-part (the app and being able to remotely unlock) to be non-functional. Any time it does work is extra.

Wir haben uns einen zweiten Bildschirm zur Basiseinheit geholt, um im 1. Stock ebenfalls die Türe mittels Video zu bedienen bzw. Besucher zu empfangen.Die Montage war super einfach und gut beschrieben.Die Qualität des Bildschirms ist wirklich gut, sowohl Ton als auch Bild.Für den Preisnauf jedenfalls empfehlenswert.Würde die Videosprechanlage definitiv wieder kaufen.

Funziona alla grande. Ho sostituito un vecchio citofono e lo ho messo in parallelo a un altro videocitofono in condominio.Quando suonano il campanello in condominio tempo qualche secondo ricevo la chiamata video sul telefono. Se ho il riconoscimento facciale il portone si apre da solo ! (non ho trovato da nessuna parte come configurarlo, ho scoperto che bisogna “citofonarsi” a 1 metro di distanza in modo da registrare un video in galleria con la propria faccia, poi dalla galleria sotto al video c’è una riga che sembra di ricerca, lì si scrive il one e sotto appare un tondo con un + e il nome scritto, si clicca e viene registrato il viso)Ottimo prodotto, ottimo prezzo e venditore disponibile e veloce a rispondere, unico neo il corriere GLS che si è comportato malissimo!

Zuerst hatte ich große Bedenken, da es aus dem Ausland geliefert wurde. Nach wenigen Tagen (um 4 Tage schneller als angegeben) kam die Packung mit DPD (ich bin kein DPD Freund ) und alles war gut. Ich hätte es noch in einen weiteren Karton und nicht eine Luftpolstertasche verpackt aber es kam gut an.Installationsvideo auf Deutsch von YouTube runtergeladen, das alte Handheld abmontiert und vorher die Verbindung/ die Anschlüsse am alten Gerät abfotografiert. Beim Abklemmen die Kabel noch isoliert damit es keinen Kurzen reißt.Anschließend alles beim neuen Handheld angehängt und laut Video alles konfiguriert. Bitte auch die alte Konfiguration des Altgerätes (Codierung) bei den Pins übernehmen.Ja alles etwas altbacken aber es tut was es soll.Die App tut auch alles. Schön wäre eine App für die Applewatch.Wie das Gerät sich weiter entwickelt werden wir sehen.

Para el precio que tiene debería de reaccionar más rápido, otra de las cosas que no me gusta es que no puedes manejarlo desde el mv si no esta encendido en casa y solo se enciende cuando pulsas en la calle o tu directamente. Tampoco he conseguido configurarlo con Alexa para que abra la puerta con unos comandos de voz.
