I like this rubbing compound. It starts off quite gritty then works smooth to give a good polish and is easy to buff off.As others have said, it isn't the coarsest available but it works to correct minor paint imperfections and does a good job of removing scratches.The seller states that it isn't suitable for machine use, so be prepared to put in some elbow-grease and you will get the results.

We used to use this on our fibreglass sailing boat and now I bought it to polish a quad bike. It did not work for that but the material is a bit softish and possibly beyond polishing. It is for the rest the usual proper quality polish paste.
