Condor Hydro Harness MultiCam

Discussed in a previous review of the Condor Rapid Assault Multicam Chest Rig. What a great addition! Arrived with all stitching straight and tight with no loose threads or sewing. Clipped right to the Chest Rig with no problems. All plastic clipped together solidly and was actually a bit difficult to remove for someone with a little arthritis in their fingers, but it came apart when I wanted to remove it. It is rated for a 2.5 liter bladder but the Camelback Antidote Mil-Spec 3 liter bladder fit perfectly (be sure to get the short one, not the long one). The velcro tabs inside the pouch certainly provide for a variety of bladder attachments and the Camelback hooked in with ease. The wide loop sewn on the lower inside of the harness for the lower belt on the chest rig is a great addition; when properly set up, it works like a charm and keeps the hydration pouch from shifting while moving. All in all, a well thought out piece of equipment and a worthy addition to the chest rig.

Package came a bit earlier then estimate ld which was awesome! Second item purchased from Layger and so far excellent quality and packaging. My harness is brand new, which Condor tags and everything. Direct match to my chest rig and multicam is a perfect match. Feels high quality and I am impressed with Condor products as far as my use in Airsoft goes. Great balance of price, quality and milsim... perfect for airsoft. It fits quite large (I’m 6ft and 200lbs) and somewhat fit and I have the shoulder straps as tight as they go. Don’t know what body type this is sized for but fortunately with them tight it fits me perfect. Under the arm pit straps are perfect... I have them about 3/4 tight and it fits. No need to cut excess straps as it folds over on itself and has velcro tabs to keep it organized. Still need to purchase a bladder but looks like the space and 2 straps to hold the bladder look fine. Just get a bladder that has mounting eyelets in each top corner (I’ve seen some bladders that have a hole center top and that won’t work well with this harness.

The hydration pack is great, balances out my gear on the chest rig when full. Well made, good stitching and works well with condor’s hydration bladder with regards to the Velcro tabs used to attach and hold up the bladder. Bladder is easy to access with a Velcro and zippered opening and there is a decent molle field to attach an admin pouch/AFAK or accessories to the pack if needed. Only cons I see so far are the lower waist strap for the chest rig. It wants to slide through every time I take the pack off, quick fix was a large safety pin, long term I will sew Velcro on to keep it where it needs to be. IMO just a PITA to have to thread the belt through the loop every time, especially if you’re in a hurry. I’m 6 foot 195 lbs, way to long of straps. I will be able to wear this with the heaviest of winter gear no problem. Rides lower than I like, but goes right over a plate carrier just fine (I use a custom made slick carrier 10x12 stand alone plates). Shoulder straps are on the bulkier side if you are planning on carrying a ruck on top, the plus is this pressurizes the bladder (we will see if condor’s bladder will hold up to this).I had a problem with the delivery company, delivered to a wrong address. Seller responded promptly and issue was resolved. All in all, I would recommend this.
