Diciamo che chiamarlo tagliere è riduttivo... Sono veramente contenta di averlo acquistato. La qualità del materiale è molto buona. I "cassetti-contenitori" li utilizzo prevalentemente per servire il cibo in tavola (tipo insalate e macedonia) più che per raccogliere gli scarti (che mi pare uno spreco...).

Pourquoi je n’ai pas acheté cette planche plus tôt?C’est vraiment pratique.Je l’ai acheté pour mon mari qui ne peut se servir que d’une main(qui est très content également)Plus besoin de se trimballer avec la planche jusque la casserole.Il suffit de prendre le bac en inox(bien mieux que le plastique comme j’ai vu pour d’autres articles similaires .L’inox est plus solide et vieilli mieux).Seul inconvénient c’est le bruit quand on tranche du aux vibrations des bacs, mais je vais essayer de réduire avec des tampons.

Might be my favourite kitchen accessory! Previously tried one of the many 'no-brand' cheap prep stations, with the pointless plastic accessories and the liquid groove that prevents you sweeping your ingredients off the board or being able to clean it effectively.This is a very different beast. It's a sensible size for a 'normal' kitchen, but the uninterrupted surface means it is plenty big enough for almost all cutting and prep tasks. The two sizes of stainless steel tray underneath - which have well-designed grooves that will hold them in place, without support, to around 3/4 of their depth - are a pleasure to use.A little soon in ownership to say how well the surface will hold up long term, but after oiling and a fair bit of use, so far so good.Appreciate it may seem a little expensive, but it bears no relation to a cheap chopping board. So far, an excellent investment in a very attractive, minimalist and effective design. Recommended.
