My 11 year old daughter received this for Easter and loved making it. She found the directions easy to follow but would have liked the video to be broken up into parts instead of one long video.

Edited: Once I received instructions, it came out pretty well.This kit doesn’t come with instructions. Apparently there is a QR code to a website, but it doesn’t work. The website server is done, essentially making this useless until if/when the site comes back up. At a minimum the pattern should be included with the supplies. Pretty disappointed.

I do a lot of crafting but as someone who hasn’t crocheted before, the instructions for this project had me lost. The pace was way too fast, the video not close enough or showing you the moves as they are done. It dives right into making the project without explaining any basics of crochet. I wouldn’t recommend it for beginners at all, but for people who already know how to crochet, it’s probably great, giving both the pattern or the video to follow.

The item is great, has everything you need apart from scissors which most households and crafters have in surplus. The only issue was with the tutorial video. She'll either go too fast, or her camera isn't covering what she's actually doing, so an hour of tutorial takes roughly 4 hours for actual beginners.Oh, there were also no sparkly bits for the eyes in my 'cookie crumbs', but I don't really care if the eyes are sparkly or not as I'll be keeping it to remind me of my first attempt.I've managed the body so far
