L'envoie a été fait des les temps et le produit était parfaitement protégé.Par contre une partie était légèrement abimée malgré l'emballage, ce qui empêchait le clavier de se fermer correctement. J'ai du replacer la pièce au bon endroit pour y arriver. Pour un produit neuf c'est dommage.Le son est ok et les touches étrangement bonnes, avec un niveau sonore qui change selon la pression.Le système midi fonctionne du pc vers le piano ( je ne vois pas l'utilité, mais soit), le midi in aussi.Donc, juste un point négatif, le check à l'usine.

I've had this piano keyboard for my daughter for two weeks now. It's completely transformed the atmosphere in our cosy living room! I spent ages trying to find a way for her to practise without a piano taking up too much space, and this foldable 88-key option has been absolutely brilliant.I'm chuffed with how easy it is to fold and tuck behind the sofa - what a clever feature! My daughter treats it like her best mate; she carries it to her grandmother's house at weekends and takes it to school for her music lessons too.I must admit, I was rather dubious about the feel of the keys at first. But crikey, was I pleasantly surprised by how lovely they are to play! They've got a proper nice weight to them - not at all cheap and plasticky. While the sound quality might not be up there with a grand piano, it's spot on for practising and learning. My daughter gets absolutely lost in trying out all the different sounds, especially when she's attempting to recreate a full string orchestra!The only slight niggle is the sustain pedal - it's a bit basic and doesn't quite capture the authentic feel of a proper piano pedal. But if you're after a compact practice instrument, this is a cracking choice. For anyone short on space who wants a quality piano, you'd be daft not to give this one a look.
