Very well made and works really well. Easy to fold up and compact enough to put in a gig bag or pedal case. Takes up less space than any other single-guitar stand that I'd risk my stuff on. The cut-outs in the base fit standard solid-body electrics like Strats, Teles and Les Pauls, and full-size acoustic dreadnaughts, and do it in a space small enough to fit even tight gigs. This would not be my choice for tweener size bodies - like a Gretsch - because they don't sit securely, but that's my only critique. Oh, one more thing: I wish they made a 3-guitar version.

Looking at plastic or metal dual guitar stands? Fugettabout it, the Cooperstand tandem is probably one of the coolest guitar accessories I've ever seen. I own three single Cooperstands and while they are fine for putzing around at home, I'd always have my eye on my prized guitar lest it topple at a paying gig. Absolutely no such fear with the tandem. Beautiful sapele. Dual backrests even fold together in tandem. Don't know how they did it but it's ingenious. Well worth the $$.
