I just bought a smaller oven air fryer on Amazon, ( GOURMETMAXX digital deluxe 12l) and immediately realized that even though I received many accessories in the package, my old baking pans were too large. After a whole day scanning the website, I found this package with accessories which I thought would function well. In this xl (5.5l) package, you receive a baking "bucket", a mini pizza pan, a metal grate to raise up silicon molds/ pans from the bottom of the fryer, a metal skewer holder with 5 skewers, a silicon "egg bite" mold and a silicon trivet.I immediately measured the pans and found that they were a tiny bit smaller than I had hoped. My max depth for pans would have been 22cm and the baking bucket and pizza pan with trivet were 17,5 cm. The xxl package would have been too large and the 3,5 l package too small so I am satisfied with the size of these items. Many have written that these items look like "toys" so perhaps they should have ordered a larger size... I am only going to cook for one so these accessories will work for me or even two people.I am mostly interested to use the skewers but have not tried them yet. The holder and skewers will be easy to clean in the dishwasher. I would not do that with the baking pans, however, because they have a non-stick coating and one should be more careful when cleaning them. Time will tell how long the coating will last...The only item which got me thinking was the silikon "egg bite" mold. Each indentation holder only 45ml ( a large ice cube) so they really will be "bites", but instead of being disappointed, I decided that it would be perfect to portion-freeze left-over tomato paste, chopped herbs, left-over wine for cooking, fresh lemon juice and zest and basically anything else that one would want to save and freeze in small portions. This mould includes a silicon lid which will make it even better for this purpose.Besides the descriptions and instructions included Cosori a card with the company's contact information and the wording ensuring customer satisfaction. The price of the package with free (super fast) delivery by Amazon Prime was well worth while for what I received. I am very satisfied with both my purchase and Cosori, the seller!
