I’ve looked at many other types of dog barriers here on Amazon and I’m glad I chose this one. My top criteria for the barrier is that it could be folded away as flat and as narrow as possible for storage. The 360-degree folding type (which we had before) can only be stable if it stands like an accordion (zigzag) and I don’t want that. Also it needed to be light so I could easily handle it due to hand issues. This is made of pine and weighs almost half of those made of MDF.The finish is beautiful (like dark mahogany) and it’s well made. It requires no assembly at all; you just need to slide the panels together and use the screw knobs to fix the length if you want to. We only used 2 panels (I didn’t find a version of this with only 2 panels) as that was enough for our purpose. With 2 panels you can slide them back together to around 70+/- cm. If you use 3 panels you can’t do that. The support panels on each side can also fold away and the extra base support (feet) can be extended for extra stability. And there are already felt floor protectors underneath! The height is good in that we can step over it if we need to.With all that said, it’s probably only suitable for small dogs. I have 2 Yorkies that weigh 3.5 kg each. This is meant to prevent them from going to the kitchen while we’re cooking and from charging towards the door when visitors come. They can easily knock this over if they want to but I’ve right away trained them to not push or lean on it, to respect that it’s there and they’re not meant to cross it. It’s as much a psychological barrier as a physical one. If you have a jumper or escape artist of a dog, this won’t stop them. Needless to say, not suitable for bigger dogs unless you can train them to treat it as a psychological barrier.The delivery to NL is 7 days. Overall, we’re very pleased with this purchase.

Wir haben das Gitter als Abtrennung zum Kamin fürs Kind aufgestellt. Für ein Tier, würde es absolut passen. Für uns kam es auf die ausfahrbare Länge an und das es stabil genug ist um nicht direkt umgeworfen zu werden. Alles in allem ein gutes Produkt!

Schön lackiertes Absperr-Gitter aus Holz.Lässt sich nicht immer einfach zusammenschieben (hakt etwas) - daher ein Punkt Abzug bei Qualität und Haltbarkeit.Ansonsten ok.

Das Gitter ist schön verarbeitet und leicht aufzubauen, aufgrund der Tatsache, daß nur oben Stellschrauben sind, ist es nicht wirklich zu fixieren! Aber es steht durch die ausziehbaren Füße stabil und tut was es soll! Für Treppen ist es meiner Meinung nach ungeeignet.Da es für meinen Bedarf sehr gut geeignet ist und mir gut gefällt, gibt's insgesamt 5 Sterne

Ist stabil und formschön. Sehr schöne Verarbeitung und praktische Anwendung. Sehr einfache Montage.Für Treppen nur bedingt anwendbar, wenn man es zum an der Mauer verkeilen kann.
