Perfect for holding a pocket square in place without it slipping down into the pocket. Made of fairly thin plastic, they don’t show on the outside of the pocket but they are a tad wide. That’s fine if your pocket is a standard size but if it’s slimmer, they won’t fit. Unless you trim the sides a bit with a pair of scissors.But on the whole they work well for me holding the smallest of my squares in place without issue
