If you faced a Blob of Death thanks to Creality's design and need to replace your hotend, this will be what you want. It's a good drop-in replacement for the stock unit, and I haven't noticed any print quality differences for better or worse, but I haven't spent any time really tuning this and getting it dialed in.

This is a perfect factory replacement for the hot end on the Creality Ender 3 V3 KE (and should also work in the Ender 3 V3 SE, but NOT in the Ender 3 V3), at a great price, and even includes two spare nozzles, which makes it an even better buy. Installation is fairly easy - follow the instructions on the Creality web site and you'll have no trouble. You should be careful with it, though, as the wires for the thermistor are very fragile, and if you over tighten the nozzle you can damage the hot end. Overall, a good deal on an excellent product.
