How can these be listed as waterproof when they have a cable entry hole at each end and no seals around the faces that clip together, to form the box.It comes with no wire grommets so the wire butts up against the edge of the plastic cases when are snapped shut.The cases snap together firmly with no looseness after closure. They are very difficult to open once snapped shut as there are no pry open indents for the use of a small flat screwdriver to prise the cases apart.They are best used for permanent jobs where the case is snapped together and left alone.They can be made waterproof with liberal amounts of silicone.I would have sent them back but needed to use them as soon as they arrived. I didn’t need to open the box once assembled and the silicon made it waterproof. Would be fine for indoor use where reopening is not required. Wouldn’t buy again.
